  • 3 lb. Yellow Potatoes About 10 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Add potatoes to pot and fill with water to cover potatoes.
  • Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain potatoes and move to cool burner on stove.
  • Mix in all the ingredients.
  • Turn the burner to low to help melt the cream cheese and butter. Stir until the cream cheese is fully distributed throughout the potatoes.
