Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes made with cream cheese, garlic powder, milk and butter.

- 3 lb. Yellow Potatoes About 10 medium potatoes
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces.
Add potatoes to pot and fill with water to cover potatoes.
Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain potatoes and move to cool burner on stove.
Mix in all the ingredients.
Turn the burner to low to help melt the cream cheese and butter. Stir until the cream cheese is fully distributed throughout the potatoes.
